That is why it's so terrible, and I was really hoping Theia would post a Kimeru video for us all to laugh at ;)

    Here you go.

It is AQ farming the Kimuru with a catapult.  The AI is so good it does not go after the seige weapon doing 1000x more damage than anything in the room.  To this day AQ still farms the Kimuru like this last time I ghost scouted.

Mind you the first time it was killed was by 3 guys who stood out of the teleportation range with bows.  It took 8 hours but the AI was so "great" the Kimuru did not go after the guys.  It could not move out of the circle they have it stuck in.

LOL at 4:58 the kimuru is upside down with his feet not even touching the ground...Great coding there too, I guess pigs must still be flying too?

Surely this is the pinnacle of  SV's ability! Theia makes it sound unbelieveable and surely that video does not show another side.

Ok - check out the (to be announced) Livestreams for tomorrow's event.  See if you like that!  image

I can not wait to watch the same 30 pvpers pvp at yet another pvp event!!!

theres actually 81 different combatants taking part in the event today, not including gms people filming and spectators of course. But whos counting right..

I will go and count up the sign up sheet again it did not look like 81,

that fight looked pretty fun to me, the people doing it seemed to be having fun. Sure there were a few problems but that looks lightyears ahead of the beta i played a year or 2 back.

That thing you played back then was alpha, I mean comon in block A you could just run around and swing weapon. Now it is arguably closing in on beta quality thou.

Apparently the event was plagued by pre nef potions which have no cooldown, making it completely unfair to new players.

Yes, gear won or owned by players played a part in this event.

    It won't next time.

So you guys acknowledge their were several things wrong with this whole event, but instead of re-doing it, making amends some other way or anything at all you're going to leave many feeling shafted and let those that received the reward keep it?

I really thought you guys were trying to bring players back not drive more away.
