At this point I just wonder if StarVault is really a company that produces an MMO or a psychological experiment.

Why not quote the whole thing instead? At least you linked it, and people can read the entire convo. The guys "threat" of unsubbing actually didn't help the discussion. So I see no problem in Henriks statement there. And the support I've recived from GMs in MO are amazing. I for example found out that my main character lacked some skill points. So I had a GM helping me for 2 hours where I rerolled and had him pick My skills etc and it's points to where it should be. Even went and took everything from my storage on the character first to give to my new one. Now that to me at least are proof to me that the support works flawless. So I see no problem in the management. But I also think they need more money, so they can hire more peeps, and give us the game most of us want, faster. But I can live with babysteps, cause I think MO is one of a kind, and no other MMO comes close to what MO has to offer to me personally.this gaem isnt dead yet? freak its doing worst than Darkfall i woudda thought SW would have put the dam game out of its missery now...

TC is still bugged to hell.
Storage in houses is still bugged to hell since inception.
When players do get shafted from said bugs gm response is. "oh well"
And then Henrick comes in and trolls the people that are gaving the problem. ( didn't Theia say Henrick has a language barrier seems he trolls his player base pretty well)
Is anyone even suprised from the little rich kid about peiople complaining about his playground. He reminds me of the kid down the street who had the ball and the bat. We all never liked him but we let him play because he had the ball and bat. But as soon as he would get mad he would take his ball and bat and go home to spite everyone.
Basically FURY's storgae is bugged and their crafters are stalled until it is fixed and it is not letting the war machine move. Also a town they own (Vadda) which they have the guards turned off in. Another guild cam in and guard whacked all of FEAR's people with the guards even tho it was not supposed to happen, which lost them lots of gear.

I haven't read the thread since this morning so this may be out dated, but my thoughts were that this "bug" was related to the long standing one where multiple iterations of NPCs spawn in the same spot. You know... that bug that has been there for years (literally)? I think what happens is that ONE of the NPCs is set to have the guards off, but there is another iteration (or 2.. or a dozen) that spawn on the same spot that you can't see...
I guess.. whether it's caused by what I described or some other reason is kind of irrellevant. Like I said in another thread. If SV reallyw as worried about subs the best thing they can do is get off the forums, off IRC, off twitter.. and just fix the damn game. A working game is > 1000 Henrick posts trolling his customers.

Wow, so he is threatening to ban people in game for things they post about on the forums. Not even very bad things like hacks or illigal things but for posting about bugs, saying they unsubbed or just off topic things. That is just messed up.

So linking cats is now trolling. I certanly agree about language barrier, but it seems Henrik is not the one having it, but mods, who need to refresh their definition of what trolling is. I will help you out, ounly because you disagree/dislike something does not make it trolling by default.
Its there forums, they get to decide what they condier trolling or not, dont like it? no one forcing you to use there forums.

Unfortunately for the customers they NEED to use the forums to get any support as the GMs tend to be lack luster. But had you read anything else other than the post you quoted in these MO forums you would have known that already.
Exactly, to play the game efficently you HAVE to use forums and irc in order to trade, communicate, look for a guild, join events, ect. You can sign up for events only by directly communicating with the GM organizing them on forums or irc, so yeah.. moot and old argument. The forums are part of the service you pay for.
Well this thread was deleted. I wish it would of stayed up or maybe Talwin can amend the rules so new players know if you complain about how buggy the game is you could possibly be banned. I think this was a new low for Henrik. No wonder it has taken 7 days to get a little over 100 followers on twitter. You would think a CEO of a 2 year released MMO would get 100 followers in a single day.
This is just about SV not tolerating any form of sarcasm directed towards Henrik...which is pretty pathetic anyways.
Had it been with anyone else or had it been to flatter Henrik's ego, it would have been OK, unfortunatly SV only allows for nuthuggers.

Hello Thiea can you answer a couple questions.
First what do you think about Henrik basically telling the players shut up or be banned. And I thought you said there was a language barrier that is why Henrik does not come here. It seems the last couple days he has been trolling the community pretty well and his English seems pretty a ok. Can you explain his witty and quick responses since there is a language barrier?
