This is the perfect example of MO. It is a very buggy game you either deal with or you do not. I do not understand why people can lose stuff here and there and say well it is a small company I will deal with it. Or there is no other game out there so I will deal with the bugs.
This player finally went ballistic. Daryn used to be a pretty big fanboi if you read his posts. I guess the straw broke the camals back.

WTF!! All materials vanished! I JUST LOST 250G worth of materials!!! I was refining 10,000 GrainSteel, 5000 Coal and 5000 Subara Powder, to make Steel. After 5 seconds, all my materials vanished, and the steel did not show up in my inventory! I re-logged, and it was still missing. I contacted a GM, and he told me to open a support ticket. I told him I was still waiting on my last open ticket (1 month old), and I could not make a new ticket. Then, the GM logged off!!?? I've been fooked right in the face on this one. I've been fooked in the face before as well with material loss bugs, but this one is just to pricey. It took me months to get those mats in order. I had my friend "Xuansy" make the support ticket for me, because she had a free ticket slot. I doubt support will help. I even gave very specific times for back log reasons. Basically. If I don't get my materials back and if no support will help me, then my Subscription stops by the end of this week. I've had enough with this buggy piece of shit game, and support it becoming a pain in the ass lately. Why am I paying to play a game that not only wastes my in-game time, but also my outer game time with writing to support where it goes no where? If I go, my guild goes. We are just starting up too, so it's a real shame. My guild mates have also complained about these bugs wasting loads of our materials. The GM's will respawn to you if the mats loss is small, but if larger, they go tell you to piss off to support, and you never hear back from support. Collectivily we've lost so much material it's not even funny. I'm talking about 10,000 stack material loss's due to bugs. Some examples of known bugs: When using town Crusher/ furnace/ notorous, if you don't get exactly between the hit boc before you press "Process", you lose all your mats. It says skinning knife rather "furnace", and you lose it all. When on a horse full of 50,000 units of mats, and you jump off to go tame a new horse, your old horse vanishes and ALL the goods, and your new horse is bare back. LOSS. When you are in town, simply using the REFINING skill to refine product together, it bugs out and every vanishes. I'm not sure why this has happened to me. I've lost 250G peices worth of materials today. I was going to use that to buy a guild stone for my up and coming friends "The Alvarian Guild". However, due to this loss, I and my mates are basically done with Mortal Online. We are all going to unsubscribe by the end of this week if support can not help us. Most of us here are just so fed up with the bugs and unknowns in Mortal Online. These things waste far too much of our time. I can't keep playing this game, because in the back of my head I know if I spend 15 hours a week mining Ore, I can easily lose all of that Ore due to a game bug in an instant and support can't help. Two weeks I lost 25,000 Celulite and some other materials due to a bug. I reported it and no response. I already had a ticket running so I could not open a new one. The GM said, wait until that ticket finally gets responded to, then make another............. It's been 1 month and I'm still waiting on that old ticket to be answered. So, SUPPORT, please, read this, the details to my problem because I can't seem to get anywhere in support tickets: My account name: daryn00 My character: ZerjSlave My problem: On December 17th, Saterday, at 2:05pm (Eastern Time -5:00) I was in MK town. I went to the bank, pulled out 10,000 GrainSteel, 5000 Coal and 5000 Subara Powder. I used the refine skill 2:1:1 in that order stated. I've done this before a month ago and it worked fine. This time, not. All my materials vanished, as well I did not receive any Steel created. I spoke to a GM. he told me to re-;og and look again at my inventory. Nothing. He then told me to contact support, inwhich I stated I could not do so easily. he then logged off leaving my clueless. So, now I'm pissed off. Now I'm here in these damned forums complaining to Support because it's the only way I know how to get through to anyone. Please, for the love of "I" being a loyal subscriber since open beta, do me a favour and give me some support here. I just want my materials back as soon as possible. I'd also like to know why this bug has occured to me, and will it keep happening? Please put my goods back onto my character, or his warehouse in MK. __________________ Beta Block A Member |

Person fucked up and lost shit, no bug.
They come to whine to try and get shit back for free since they fucked something up.
"No, Im sure I did it right, must be MO..."
Move along...
How did he fuck up other than paying money for a game where your material randomly disappears in the crafting process, an error so simple that it shouldn't have made it into alpha?
Well, in all honesty it is still in alpha.
He states multiple times he did the right recipe so he must be lying because this has NEVER EVER happend in the game right???
And of course they delete the thread. Sigh..........
The MO GM Talwin is Sindas.
Materials seems to be not the only thing that vanished in MO..
yup threads have a tendency to vanish too
funny thing is you know what doesn't seem to want to vanish? duped items lol
Thankfully, MMORPG forums are there to keep a trace of those threads which SV don't want anyone to see.
I agree Mortal Online has its faults.
However, reading that x y is x crap (buggy game is buggy) in the thread title makes me feel like I lost braincells.
