FireFox 9 is out and it's blazing fast compared to 8
Trust me on this, this site especially became really fast after upgrading to 9.

Wow... Almost instant page loads. I even did some google searches just to get some pages I knew wouldn't be in my cache. This is about 10 times faster that Firefox 8. Thanks for the heads up.

I did a Firefox 9 benchmark here also since no one has done one so far for FF9.
FF9 wins some tests, not all, but it has catched up with other browsers now in terms of speed and sometimes even surpasses them.

? Firefox always been fast or is it that my brain moves so slow it always seemed fast?
It has always been rather slow in sites with a lot of bells and whistles, this one for example.
Pages load almost instantly with FF9, before only IE and Chrome were able to load pages that fast for me.
How did Firefox do this? I am amazed at the speed change, not just to this website, but all of them. Thanks for post!
