BUYING A NEW COMPUTER...PLEASE HELP.

Ok so im buying a new computer to run swtor and I have come up with some choices. Can you tell me how much fps these computers can run the game at.
first computer: gateway
intel core i5-2320 3.0 ghz
nvdia geforce gtx 520
6gb memory
windows 7
for: 649.99
second:gateway
intel core i7-2600 3.4ghz
AMD HD6750 graphics
8gb memory
windows7
for:899.99
what fps can i get on these comps. I would prefer to get the cheaper one if it can run it well.

In all seriousness both of those systems have stats that will run ToR like a dream.
I have a AMD PhenomII X4 955 OC'd to 3.5 with a GTX 275 and 8 gigs ram. During the Beta I had no hiccups at all.

Both computers are going to run the game amazingly. I have no idea exactly what the fps will be for both, and it looks like you don't either.
you could just have said they would run the game fine you just don't know how much fps. Because in my eyes it seemed like you weren't even giving an effort to help.
Dont get a gateway, for one.
2- You wont see any different between an I7 and a I5, go with an I 5.

You're going about this all wrong.

I don't blame you for not knowing that as you're new here. But you're more likely to get useful help if you post in the section frequented by people who actually know something about computer hardware.
Next, don't buy a prebuilt computer. Just don't. If they don't tell you exactly what parts they're using, then it means they're using the cheapest parts that technically meet their claimed specs and probably won't fail so badly that someone who is clueless about computers will realize that it broke.
The ideal route is to build your own computer. You can pick the exact parts and make sure everything is done right. If you can't or won't do that, then the next best thing is getting one built to order by a site that will tell you exactly which parts they're using. The motherboard, case, and especially power supply are important. If they won't give you the exact brand name and model for those parts (some partial specs are not enough), then don't buy a computer from that source.
As for what you've picked, a GeForce GT 520 (there is no such card as a GTX 520) is a low end video card that is actually slower than modern integrated graphics. A Radeon HD 6750 is better, but still not what you'd want for a gaming system on that budget.
Meanwhile, a Core i5 2320 is a low bin of Sandy Bridge that rather defeats the purpose of going with Sandy Bridge. Gateway will probably cripple it with an H61 motherboard. If you're not going to pay to do Sandy Bridge right, then just save some money and go with AMD.
On the other hand, a Core i7 2600 is a high end processor that is too expensive to make sense for gaming purposes. If you were building your own computer (which saves money) and had a $1500 budget, you wouldn't even consider a Core i7 2600 (or 2600K, the overclockable equivalent). On a $2000 budget, you might consider it, but would probably decide against it. A Core i5 2500 (or 2500K) is basically the standard gaming part, as it's nearly identical for gaming, and about $100 cheaper.
alright so what do i go to dell.com and customize a computer?
No, no, no. Dell won't offer anything remotely sensible for gaming purposes, either. AVA Direct is the only American company that builds computers to order that I'm aware of that will give you options suitable for a budget gaming computer.
Just give me a budget and I'll pick out parts for a sensible gaming computer for you. Also, are you keeping your old peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, surge protector), or do you need new peripherals, too? It is common for people to buy the case and everything that goes inside it new, while reusing their old peripherals or perhaps upgrading those at a different time (e.g., when something breaks).
I would stay away from Gateways and Dells. The graphics cards you're looking at the, GTX 520 and the 6750, neither of them are really for gaming, they would run TOR I think because it has low graphics requirements but I would recommend something like AMD 6850 / 6870, or Nvidia GTX 560 or 560ti, they are mid range cards and will provide better experience in games and be able to run future games better. Keep in mind though neither would be able to max out a demanding title at high resolution (ie Battlefield 3 at 1080p+).
For people who don't build their own computers but want gaming machines I recommend ibuypower or similar sites. I have purchased a computer from ibuypower and I would recommend using them they are legit and use quality products. Dell and Gateway mass produce PCs and cut corners on components to lower the price which is fine to some extent but is not ideal if you can avoid it.

So my advice, go over there, make an account, "help me buy/Help me build". Tell them your budget and what you are looking to do and there will be plenty of people willing to help you out with good advice.
One other thing, building a pc is not hard. A tiny bit time consuming and a whole lot of fun, but not technically difficult. If it was, I wouldnt be able to do it.

Canadian? Well, that makes things harder. Finding a site that will sell you good parts isn't hard, but finding one that will choose good parts and assemble them on that budget may or may not be doable.
How are you with a screwdriver? Are you willing to get some parts and assemble your own computer? If you haven't done it before, it's not nearly as hard as you might think. The case and motherboard will come with very detailed instructions, and all you have to do is to follow the directions. That's probably going to be the only way to get a sensible hardware configuration on your budget.

There is a website called NCIX.com. I think they are out of Richmond which isn't far from you. You can get custom built gaming machines from them, and their prices aren't bad. I would recommend spending a bit more if you can manage it. Quizzical can give you some ideas on parts. Look them up on NCIX after.

Wait, you're linking to a post telling someone to get a Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus piece of junk? And it's not as a cautionary tale of the bad advice that you can sometimes find?
You know what's really time consuming and frustating? Trying to squeeze a sensible build out of most OEMs. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack, without realizing that the haystack doesn't actually contain a needle.
I'm looking at NCIX at the moment, and it looks, well, rather less bad than most OEMs with a comparably narrow selection. Let me see if they offer anything nice.

i have heard good things about newegg aswell.
The good things you've heard about New Egg are from people who buy parts to assemble a machine themselves, not from people who buy a prebuilt computer there. They don't make their own prebuilt computers, but merely pass on computers built by other companies. That gets you all of the same problems as a prebuilt computer from those other companies. If you get one of the iBuyPower ones from New Egg, then they first thing you'll need to do when it arrives is to replace the power supply yourself, as the power supplies they use in their prebuilt computers are awful.

The base configuration with no upgrades comes to $800 before rebates. If you insist on a prebuilt, then you could do worse than that and probably will. That configuration at least won't stick you with any cheap junk parts.
Also, you should be aware that you could get a better system than that for about $100 cheaper if you assemble parts yourself.
