Hey, I ordered the DDE version back in july and had early access up till last night. Its my understanding they were supposed to send me a product code in an email to register which is not the pre order code.. I never recieved this email and can not post on the original forums. They are not responding to my emails. Origin chat is down and my credit card was charged for the money... WTF kind of crap is this?

I t ried calling that number but its not working.. what is the +44? thats not even a normal number..
I have been sending tickets in since dece 16.. I keep getting canned responses from the protocol droid.. I've never ever experienced such a blunder of a mess with a mmo..

well +44= 0044 before the number you call when calling abroad and in this case it would be what to type in for calling to UK
If I remember right, the above poster was correct in saying that you don't have to use the international number when calling from Canada. I never did when I was up there calling home.
As for your problem, I feel for ya. All I can say is that the game has actually been much more successful than predicted and it's causing some hiccups. They've actually started limiting online sales for digital copies because they can't bring up servers fast enough. That should say something about the game's popularity. They had close to 2 million in the beta stress test and it didn't cause any problems, so I can only imagine how many people are trying to get in now.
If all else fails, don't forget that you can always call your credit card company and tell them to reverse the charge. It's actually a really easy process and was designed for stuff like this. If you didn't receive the product, they shouldn't pay the charge...
Just use the US number, if the lines are down, thats because there are so many people having issues, might want to give it a day or so.
