LF one time fee mmorpg

im looking for a mmorpg where you only have to pay for the game once. like guild wars or minecraft (though minecraft isnt mmorpg) i would prefer a more serious looking game with some actual rpg or sandbox but i deffinitely want free rome and leveling up. i want a good crafting system with more options than "weapon smith, armor smith, potion expert" and all the other basic things...

    The only game I can think of is Istaria, You can play for free with a human character. You just can't own land, but you can be any type of crafter. I've been reading that some players will buld and rent/sell you a plot of land though. I'm not sure of the process of that though. I've only been playing for about a week.
