That's right, it's another "what MMO games are you playing" thread. But besides the game you're playing, how do you like it.
Currently for me, I'm playing EverQuest and I'm still loving it, though I'm looking for another game to carry my glory to.

Although right now I'm unsure of continuing any further( Lvl 74Rdm, sub job varied)
I've come across the end game, after griding with a few friends.. And it wasn't so fun when I got there. The recent 'summerbreeze' event is kinda 'strange' rare/nodrop/notrade swimsuit items? They look amazon'ish. Just wondering if FFXI is loosing their spark with the game, but keeping it up.. my thoughts are uneasy tho.
I've been peeking at WoW, since trying out the PvP raid system on my brothers account, it's pretty fun, honor points for a title and everything. Also back at EQ, my first MMORPG, but the reason I quit since they came out with expansions to fast to keep up at the time, and I didn't like paying the monthly fee, plus to buy another expansion pack. But thinking of the wide variety of equipment, classes, races, and quests caught my eye once more. Also the gigantic world of norrath, I haven't even been everywhere before I quit, so exploring sounded fun.
There is also GuildWars, but the appearence of the fighting system doesn't appeal to me much, the only thing I would might buy it, is because no monthly fee..
How long have you played EQ? Did you ever quit and come back? I would like very much to have my old characters back and get hooked all over again.
Right now I've been looking for a replacement. Played WoW for about 7 weeks, and it's a complete disappointment when comparing to the awesome-ness of EQ. Quitting that game soon and going to move to DAoC in a few days. I heard a lot of good things about RvR, so i'm intrigued a lil bit. Plus, there are so many classes to choose from
City of Heroes. I'm a casual gamer and this is a casual game. I can play it in spurts of an hour or less. I can group with some friends I've met in the game or go solo. It isn't very deep but it wasn't meant to be. A Casual game in a genre that is notorious for devouring one's life whole. I also dig Guild Wars but I haven't gotten around to buying it yet. I played GW during the world wide beta event and fell in love with it. The casual experience is back and the "hardcore" can keep on whinning right back to their parents basement.

I played EQ for about 1.5 years. They recently did some server merges, and if your character was on one of the two merged servers, and you haven't played it in I think 6 months, it was deleted. I was on the Seventh Hammer server, though. I'm just getting tired of all the expansions. They are becomming so small they could be updates!
