    You MUST!!! fill out the billing info, or your account will be pending all your free month and that sux!! Go and buy game time from the wb page. You dont need a card to buy them. They will say you can buy a money order and send it. Go to a bank and get one and buy game time and do that every month. Thast the under age thing image . Hope this helped.

    i bought 1 time card so i played the game for 2 months before lag froze my game and i lost everything so i quit
