1. WoW Clone- While it is a themepark it is no more a wow clone than any other MMO (Lotro, EQ2,Aion, Rift,AoC). If you read the forums most of the complaints are that it isn't like WoW enough such as: No Mods, No Dps meter, No Duel Spec, No Macos, You actually have to group to complete some quests (this is the best part of the game IMO). While I am sure they will add some of these features in the future right now it doesn't feel like WoW other than that it is a themepark MMO.
2. You Will have to do all the same quests when you level an alt- I am lvl 25 and I skipped all the quests on Taris except for the story quests and the quests in the first town when you arrive. There are tons of quests I skipped, Taris is huge. I did all of the quests on Coruscant, so next time I level I will do less Coruscant and all of Taris. This looks like it will be the same on Nar Shaddaa and Tatooine. I do agree by the 3rd character you will be doing all quests you have done before.
3. It will be easy mode- While solo questing with your companion is easy there are pleanty of challenges in the group content. In my experience so far the World Boss on Taris wiped us twice, til we got about 20 ppl to kill him. Some of the group quests have been hard (Mandolarian Rage we had to CC and target mark just to finish the quest, some of the most fun I had in an MMO.) The Flashpoint Athiss, the final boss was crazy hard. So While easy if you just solo through can be a challenge if you group up.
So these are just my experiances through the first 25 levels. I am enjoying the game although there are issues that need to be fixed such as the UI, but so far so good.

These are three great points that I was planning on addressing myself. Particularly point #2 in reference to replayability. I was actually able to get through Nar Shaddaa only doing about 10 quests total + my class quests. I skipped over 80% of the content there. There are so many quests in this game you can outlevel your content pretty easily, give yourself a head start through the next planet if you don't want to spend 4 levels there, and basically skip entire quest hubs worth of questing if you want to.
I'll agree with the OP on most points. While I do have some gripes (seems like the UI needs reset every 10 min...), the overall game thus far has been pretty fun. Managed to sample pvp (warzones mostly, small bit of world pvp on TaT), and all the flashpoints up to the Mando Raiders (level 29 sniper atm). I perhaps do question the lasting power with me at level 50 unless the world pvp turns out good (raiding...doesn't interest me much past experiencing the story, don't care about gear).
Particularly point 3. It is easy to die if u over pull.
If you think solo questing is easy, you've only played until level 25...
While some world quests are the same, different choices can end with different objectives, so even going through some of the same world content multiple times could lead to different outcomes.
Depending on your class quests can change what world quests you find. Trooper class quests take you to diffferent places then smuggler or jedi class quests... you could run across an area quest that others would only find while exploring... etc.
