Question Regarding Game Cards?

in Final Fantasy XI

I know alot of games use Game Cards for u to purchase time online. Does FF do the same and if so do u still need a CC to make ur account as i dont have 1. I bought the game and 2 expansions and u get 30 days free but u still need a cc if u get a game card(time card) do u get the 30days free still?

    I may be wrong but I don't think FFXI has game time cards =/ Hope I'm wrong for your sake.
