Any one remember that game GOTHIC? Remember all those phat bluntz you could smoke? I really feel that Fallen Earth would not be as complete without drugs or weed in general. There should be like 10 of the craziest types of weed left after everything and during those years mutated into something atleast 60 times stronger then the strongest today.
Each weed type gives you temporary stat boasts and some of the harder to find give you permanent stat boasts. It wouldnt be post-apocalyptic and fallout like without it. Yes, Im stoned right now. But wouldnt it be a good idea?

Drugs in general are a good idea. Of course with side affects to go with the bonus's.
