How often will there be PvE GM run events? PvP GM run events?

How akin to DAOC is the PVE in dominus?

I ask this because one of the MOST overwhelming facts regarding DAOC's true design was that it has the 3-realm RVR combat, but it was WELL balanced with an amazingly well done PVE experience with position combat. I'm concerned that you're taking too much time developing the RVR aspect, and not the PVE aspect alongside it.

Also, how important is player crafted gear over looted gear (if either exist)? The comparisons to Dominus & DAOC will be constant so I assume you're well prepared for such questions :P? Most, if not everyone, considers Dominus to be DAOC 2. However, I'm a little skeptical atm :D!

Will be "open" PvP sth like in DAoC ("castlefights") and is there any reason for doing open PvP (to get faster to better resource spots [EVE] or buffs [DAoC], etc?

Will high end gear be user-defineable [DAoC, EVE, SWG] or will everbody look like the same, with the same stats on their gear  (casual [WoW] ftl :.-(  )?

When u think of Bounty Hunter system, will it more be like SWG where u could track jedis and hunt them through the whole world or a system like in EVE?

    1. Will crafters be able to craft items equal in power/quality to lootable items?

    2. How extensive are the guild options? Tax rates, guild banners, etc.

    3. Will crowd-control be adjusted for PvP combat?

    4. What type of group-finding tools do you plan to implement?

    5. Any anti-griefing mechanics being contemplated?

    6. Any incentive to PvP outside of control points for harvesting? Renown? Ranking? PvP gear?

    7. What type of monetization mechanics are under consideration? Any hint at pricing?

    8. Do you realize that you have a pretty passionate and vocal PvP community counting on you to deliver? Any pressure? =p

As a follower of the game, I can answer a few of the questions above.

-Will there be stealth classes? Yes. Each of the three factions will have a stealth class.

-How powerful is player-crafted gear? The most powerful. You can purchase gear from vendors, kill world bosses for some drops (can't chain kill them over and over), and you can craft gear. They will be more powerful in that order, with player-crafted gear being far and away the best.

-Open PvP? Yes. Dominus is the name of the largest planet, and will be where you spend most of your time at end-game. Dominus will have the best and most abundant crafting resources available.

You will also fight over bases that will have different buildings you can raise inside, ranging from forward cloning centers (graveyards) to shield generators (helps prevent sieging and use of jet-packs), to mining platforms (increases incoming crafting resources).

Furthermore, holding more bases than your opposing factions grants your faction access to an open PvP dungeon called the Mines of Dominus. Sound familiar?

I understand that skills have 10 tiers but are the tier costs linear or progressive or customized? More simply - does going from level 3->4 cost the same number of skill points as going from 8->9?

Prime is the high end crafting material - what other ways are there to acquire Prime other than harvesting in PvP zones?
