Looking for Good F2P NOT Heavy on Cash Shop ...
Can anyone recommend a good F2P MMORPG that is not pay to play, or requires a lot of cash dumped into it to be competitive. So just because someone puts in a lot of $$$ and becomes OP and then we have a chance in hell to compete. Something utmost you can get away with $5-10 and be as competitive as anyone else. (Assuming there is no such thing as completele F2P).
Also it has good combat system, good classes, and good community. So there are plenty of players to hang with and guilds are lively. Any recommendations.

Just started playing Lineage 2 and I've been enjoying it. Doesn't seem too cash heavy, only things I saw were XP boosts and cosmetic items. Maybe check it out, ther server im on (Bartz) is very lively.
I might get flak for this, but a lot of the newer Nexon games have had pretty decent cash shops. Vindictus in particular is a great example of this, and I think Dragon Nest follows the same suit (though the enhancement system in Dragon Nest encourages cash shop use last I remembered).
Vindictus has four 'classes' - well, characters, really - but the skill sets are pretty fleshed out and they are very different in how they work. Fiona is a shield user who can counterattack and block even heavy attacks - playing her rewards perfect timing with some really devastating crowd control and damage. Lann is a fast dual wielder that's all about melee damage, Evie is a combination of a high-damage mage and a support caster, and Karok is a bruiser that grabs people. The combat is player skill based that features a pretty basic combo system with a bunch of trainable skills that can give you new abilities or improve your character passively.
