I've been back with EQ2 for about 2 weeks now. I upgraded to SonyAccess last week cause I wanted to start back EQ1 and SWG.
I was so close to buying The Matrix Online yesterday, but I decided to wait. Just now, I looked through my SonyAccess account, it says I'm eligible to play:
EQ1, EQ Adventures, EQ2, SWG, Planetside and 2 other games I never heard of. But no Matrix Online???
Umm... so does that mean I can't play this game using my SonyAccess account? Or is it just not mentioned?
P.S. I emailed SOE about this, I just thought I'd get a faster response asking on the forums.

The transition isnt complete, but MXO will be a part of the Station Access.
Yet? Christ ya, they can just pack up all the servers and migrating the billing system and drive them to the new location and plug everything in on Sony's system. RIGHT!
Its been only a few weeks, get a grip.

"What happened to you, Star Wars Galaxies? You used to look like Leia. Not quite gold bikini Leia (more like bad-British-accent-and-cinnamon-bun-hair Leia), but still Leia nonetheless. Now you look like Chewbacca." - Computer Gaming World
SOE now owns The Matrix Online. You been hiding under a rock? :P
But yeah, give them another month or two before everything is set up. About the ONLY thing I have seen from SOE is that they added MxO to the Knowledge Base.
I just picked it up myself to start playing again ( played through most of beta ). However, after getting stuck in combat 6 out of 10 missions causing me to log and lose all the mission work I decided they aren't getting a single penny more from me other than the $20 I paid to get the game.
The ONLY way I will continue to the The Bugtrix Online is if and when SOE does pop it on the to SA pass ( since I play SWG, PS and EQ2 ). Then it will be worth it.
"What is it I have against Microsoft, you ask? Well, you know how you feel when you wait for an MMO to come out and when it does you feel like you've paid to play it's beta test for another 6-9 months before anything even thinks of working the way it should? Being a network engineer you feel that way about anything Microsoft puts out."
