What Throne of Destiny should have really added...screw the graphics upgrade!

Keep the old graphics engine as its about the same looking as the new one and runs hellova lot better (And Decal works with old one no problems)

This is what I would have liked to seen instead of what TOD currently offers

* RAGDOLL EFFECTS, You see these effects in counter-strike source and Jedi Knight games, basically the player models/body behave different on the environment...If you die from a Tusker for example that tusker could pick your body up and throw it around and you're body would roll around realistcally on the ground. Or if someone threw a Shockwave spell at you, you'd fly backwards and fall on your back on the ground. Movements would never be the same and always be spontaneous.

* BUILT IN QUEST LOG SYSTEM, You see this with Asheron's Call 2, Everquest 2, World of Warcraft, Guild Wars etc etc etc...All the new MMORPGS make it easy to find out what quests you currently have and don't require you to have to look at 3rd party websites to know what to do. Everyone who plays Asheron's Call 1 goes to Maggie the jackcats website to look for quests intead of staying in the game to look for them....This is wrong and shouldn't be how its done. Npcs in the game would have a question mark or exclamation mark over their head signifying they have a quest for you, The ingame quest log system would add that quest when speaking to that person and the quest log would update frequently as you progress on the quest.

* REVAMPED USER INTERFACE, moveable/customizable windows, XML based so people can customize their own Windows, Decal integration or hire the DECAL devs to integrate the User interface and doing this would give Turbine the control of what plugins are going in and which aren't (Bye bye Eltank...at least i would hope).

* TOWN RAIDS with LADDER/RANK System viewable on Turbines website, I believe i read turbine is still continueing plans to add the Town/Land control deal in semptember? Not sure if they can make the date, I'll be watching AC to see how well that goes, sounds like a good idea...Would have been great if Allegiances could be added to some large ladder/rank system where points would be given out for land control or PVP battles...

I really believe the graphics overhaul took much of their time and they could have added much better functionality in the game instead of focusing strictly on the graphics upgrade which didn't make that much of an impact ...from my point of view anyway
