HELP!!!!!

in World of Warcraft

im trying to instal the game but when i put in disk 2 or 3 it freezes and stops
what do i do

    iv made it past disk 3 now it freezes at disk 4

    just keep tryin. if that fails return it and get a new one. no ones posting because there all trying to be the first one to sign on. ::click enter world::...damn ::clicks enter world::....damn :: clicks enter world::.....damn
