Yep, stupid move and didn't get mentioned in the patch notes.
No, it's not. On my main by level 40 i already had the full set in the bank and the 1000 merc and warzones commendations saved up for the champ chests at 50. They were too cheap before and are still easily affordable now considering you get ~100 commendations oper match.

i got a 40 set before they did this for my BH and wanted to get a set of custom orange for mako.
Screw you bioware. Keep pissing people off see what happens. All matches today were giving me 60-80 I notice no change in gain.
