-The PVE/Storyline is okay, I think it gets better once you get into the jungle area and the areas/missions are a tad less free feeling than your typical MMORPGS (Asheron's Call or WoW) but I'm really impressed with everything else this game has to offer.
+The Towns are always packed because of the instancing and this is not always the case with MMORPGs
+The missions are fast, furious and fun, no real grind required to get started on missions which are usually always fun
+Graphics are damn nice looking and dont' require a super computer to run
+NO LAG!!! Well except for the towns where people are farming like mad but thats usually only 1 or 2 towns
+NO MONTHLY FEE!!! Biggest PLUS because it actually feels like I own the game
+Customer support is at the level of the PAY TO PLAY MMORPGS
+VERY WELL BALANCED game with classes in PVP
+PVP takes a lot of strategy, you're only allowed to bring 8 skills in PVP battles/PVE missions and so you have to chose wisely on what to bring to combat that area/PVP team
Really enjoying it but I'm honestly getting a bit burnt out as well because I just play too much...like I did WoW...

I'd have to disagree on the no lag bit. I have been on missions where every minute or so everyone just stops and does nothing for about 5 to 10 seconds then suddenly everything starts up again. I've seen people with a full life bar die at this point because even though nothing happens on screen, you are still being attacked. Great game otherwise

The (big) lag issues on european servers was not always there but got worse recently (summer holiday overload?) .
I am assuming by the opinions I have seen about this game it is a "I absolutly hate it or I love it type game"
Please fill me on in on the pros and cons of this game. If it sucks dont pull any punches if its good lay it on me. Also how goes the customer service in this game. I realize that MMORPG.COM is mainly hype boards but I want to hear the GOOD the BAD and the UGLY about this game.
