I've been hooked on MMO's since 1999 starting with Everquest, and subsequently raiding from there on. I was a very experienced raider in EQ, moved to EQ2 then Vanguard followed by WoW. I then had to stop raiding, which ultimately meant I pretty much quit, due to time constraints. Since then I've been trying to find the new raiding game.
I thought RIFT might be that game and began playing that, and while it may be in the future (unless something has changed since I played) it is just going to take a couple expansions before it's there raiding wise, plus I didn't really think much of it anyhow so probably won't be returning. I'm also not interested in returning to WoW, which I was forced at gunpoint by my Vanguard guild to move to lol.
I've contemplated moving back to EQ, with the progression server launch, or possibly EQ2 though I don't know how healthy the community is there any more. I also gave a look at Lineage 2 now that it's F2P and I was told they toned the grind down some, and it looked like a good game from the videos I watched and posts I read but the more information I gathered on it it seemed raiding is an afterthought there and it's mainly a PvP game.
SOOOOOOOOO I've come here to know if there is anything out there, or coming out, that has a healthy amount of raid content and guilds/clans actively raiding that I just don't know of or overlooked. I'm open to F2P games or subscription.
I appreciate any recommendations.

Then come back and say Rift is not there yet
There are 3 supported raiding games on the market. WoW, EQ2 and Rift. Arguably Rift s the best of them right now with the best long term future.
While I respect your opinion I disagree with you about Rift's raiding. It is very well done. HK was a great raid dungeon. Trion will be releasing its 7th raid dungeon in 1.8. If its anything like HK it will be spectacular. I loved the difficulty and the longevity of HK. If anything it may have been to difficult as it broke many casual guilds. But with allt he nerfs they should have np progressing now.
Hopefully the new dungeon will be just as difficult and massive.
But in terms of supported raiding games there is not much left and really nothing in development other than EQNext and possibly Carbine's new game.
I know exactly how you feel. I played all those games, except Vanguard, and I am in a similar position. I have played Lineage 2 since beta and raiding in that game is not enjoyable. Honestly, WoW has been the most enjoyable for me, but going back to EQ1 or 2 would probably be your best bet. I have heard that Runes of Magic has some decent raids but that is just another WoW clone.
Runes of Magic is acctually a decent MMO. Been playing it for about a year now. Leveled a character to 70, got banned..
Now Im leveling up again.
The cash shop may imbalance the game when it comes to pvp, but the PvE is pretty much balanced,
and getting decent gear takes no longer than getting gear in wow.
You can buy cash shop currency with ingame gold, so you dont have to pay anything.
By level 70 you will have enough gold to buy some decent equips.
Highly recommend you give it a shot and level to 30-40.
Like you, I moved on from WoW, EQ2, Vanguard and Rift.
I find ROM to be better than most games both P2P and F2P.
Updates and expansions are released quite often, and there is always something to do.
Also the Dual Class system is pretty fun, every comination of classes got uniq elite skills,
How is the raiding in it? I read Global Agenda was similar to Neocron, which I loved Neocron, so I gave that a shot and got to lvl 30 before I realized it was just Tribes with a join queue and minor PvE aspects with a city, if you want to call it that. Very disappointed in it.
The raiding in ROM is pretty much like the raiding in WOW.
There is a pretty decent amount of different raids.
None of the endgame raids are too easy (some are acctualy quite hard).
Just like WOW, no bossfights are the same, and most raids/instances requires tactics.
Watch some videos on youtube and try the game.
