Is there a free trial that I can try WoW w/o buying it so if I dont like it it wasnt a waste of $50?

    If you have a friend who has the game discs you could get a friends pass that allows you to play for 10 days (I think). Other than that I dont know any way to try it.

    PC Gamer Has a 14 day trial on the DVD edition. Give it a shot ... You caould be about lv 50 by the end of the 14 days LOL

    Apparently this month's edition of several game magazines have free trials for WoW in them. These accounts, however, are limited. You can only level to 20, you can only have up to 10 gold and you can't use any of the in-game chat channels, such as General or LookingForGroup.

    For the friend passes, do you need thier disks to install the game, or can you just get the coder and DL the game?

    I'd like to try it, although I heard this game has cartoony graphics and the dumbest PvP fighting ever.  So I'm curious to play it, because for some reason I love seeing the little dwarfs, it is such a thrill for some reason! lol, I wanna be a dwarf too! Ok, now I want the damn thing!!!!
