Are you a fighter, crafter, hunter or entertainer type ? Do you prefer ground or space more.
Are you a new player, an experienced player or an old veteran ?
Do you have some veteran rewards like the Anti Decay kit already (or will get them soon) ?
Are you in a guild that can provide you for free with all the standard things like house, normal weapons, ships, ship parts, vehicles, droids etc ?
Are you into faction PVP fighting between Empire and Rebels ?
......
So here are a few suggestions
a) High end damage sliced weapon (with Krayt/acklay/gorax/themepark components as appropriate) for the profession of your choice.
b) anti Decay Kit ... so that this expensive weapon of your choice stays with you for a LOOONG time
c) a Firespray ship for bragging rights
d) A full set of GOOD armor for the profession of your choice, maybe bio-linked faction armor
e) enough faction points transferred from a smuggler so you can bio-link the faction armor AND / OR to get to the highest rank for your faction without having to grind faction points
f) Good clothing tapes or armor attachments that increase your skills (+25 per skill is the maximum)
g) Buy 10 heavy harvesters or more and some storage houses and start to mine and sell resources, so you can earn the next 100 million by yourself in a few months.
h) If you REALLY have too much money and blow half of it, buy a jetpack (if you can find one) :-)
You need about 5 million to start a big city. Buy 10 heavy mineral harvesters and start mining ore, ore , ore .. and some steel. Become architect 0003 and start building lots of houses. Start as novice politician. Buy a city hall. Place it when you have at least 10 people that want to join you.
Start recruiting new players in Mos Eisley. A new city is not about houses, its about people you can recruit and convince. Its much more about your ability to inspire them than about you having a 100 million in your pocket.
And easier and better idea is to join an existing city, start helping its members and recruit new ones and when the old mayor is reaching master politician you take over.
Have fun

PS: Train up swordsman til you master with normal weapons. No need to spend more than 2 of your 100 million. Do all the Kashyyyk quests that give you exotic melee weapons. Once you are at master, start killing Acklays with your brother til you get good bones. Go to a good weaponsmith and let him craft you some UBER 2h weapons.

He bought the credits on ebay for some odd amount of RL money but 100million is alot of money to buy that could of put him down a good 200-300 dollars.
jetpacks are like vehicles, fully functional and faster then walking when it comes to travelling.
as for getting them in the DWB, thats a major understatement. it takes a lot of people with very good weapons and a lot ofluck to get the loot required for the jetpack

People are free to do what they want. BUT it is about time people learn to accept the consequences of their actions!
Buying in game money with real life money robs one of the experience of playing the game and earning the in game money. In this case 100 million credits. It is like buying a high level character then saying one is bored, or there is nothing to do in the game. You robed your self. Your brother robbed himself. Too many people nowadays are tooo dang impatient. Wanting instant gratification. And do not understand the joy in the journey. The joy in actually earning something. The further joy in using strategy in earning something.
Heck I could buy 1 Billion credits right now. But I don't. I instead earn it by acutally learning the game, and playing it. And using strategy to make earning it easier. Using real life money for in game items is the ultimate short-cut.
If I had 100 mil dropped in my lap, I'd no doubt be living in Mos Eisley for a couple of weeks, dropping Nooblet Fun Packs on random new players. Which means a lot of noobs would end up with a set of nice clothes, some decent weapons, a house, a speederbike and a few other fun things to make thier first taste of SWG a little sweeter. Which would also make my favored crafters very happy.
azhrarn, it's good people like you that make the community palatable.

Omg can you do that? I was thinking about getting the T.E. today and coming back. Can you really buy a star destroyer??
EDIT: also on this threads topic, does this mean that someone can ebay the game away? As in twink yourself all to hell? This would be a deterrent for me I must tell you.

Buy harvesters do a Static Lot Swap, Place down as many harvesters as you can by doing sever static lot swaps, higher the BER on either mediums or heavies the better. I ran a field on Gorath server that was over 250 harvesters. Sod the resources on my vendor any where from 1- 10 cpu. 250 harvesters yielded about 1-2 million units of material per week and well the math says it all 1-20 million credits per week. Total cost to run the fields was 5 million creits per month profit was any where from 2 million up to 50 million per month. Time invested per week to do harvesters was only 3 hours per week about 15 per month on that alone. With the price of crystals at 5 million up for jedi and all the weapons and uber loot that can be purchased 100 million can disapear really fast. ie. Buy one +25 pistol speed AA for 25 million + and get that +25 general ranged speed AA for another 25 million and even try an uber pistol or any weapon that would match this idea and your out another 5 million great armor 500k - 1 mil. Oh yeah FOOD lmao, that will eat ya alive with the cash. Uber meds oh blow another mil or so.
So ya get the idea, get something happening that can make credits in this game. You are gonna need it. Cus if you hink you can loot all that stuff LOL only Jedi get that right lol
alternative approach : Be in a nice guild and get most of the stuff for free, especially Krayt enhanced weapons, food, crafted stuff, resources, tapes that AMOUNT to +25 (although they may not be +25 on a single tape) etc.
Cost : 0 cr. , lots of grouping with friends
have fun

PS: I have found 250 harvesters to be too much work. I scaled back a bit (150), but do it for 2 years now .. which is a great way to supply a whole 100+ member guild with resources. You can get a lot of 10 free lots from guilders that put their account in hibernation for a while to play other games.
Can't agree with you more Erillion. Yeah there are tapes with +25 stats 25 is the max for each stat personally I bought an AA with +25 Pistol Speed/ +25 General Ranged Speed on it for 28 million which is a steel but honestly. Guild or no guild, no one will just hand over kick butt Krayt weapons with so many bugs in the crafting profs atm. Pre CU parts for weaponsmith are uber compared to the parts that can be made Post CU, which in turn gives trickle down efect towards any weapons. Guild or no guild 100 million is still chump change to the money th elite imperial guilds have. Personally I left just recently and had well over 250 million and worth over 600 million with all the items I personally accumilated over the past 2 years. Resources being the majority, all the best on server style stuff. Resources are the way to go with minimal effort to get and most return. If you start a crafting business now you are pretty much not going to make anymoney just because resources like Akasa Polymer, Kickahor Copper, just to name a few don't spawn and heck that stuff is worth its weight in gold. Guilds can only help so much when it comes to things like that. But they can help you grind quite a bit.
And trust me 250 harvesters are cake when you can use macros lol.
I still think in SWG you need mutliple accounts just to handle the money making end of this game. Before it was Docs grinding money in C-Net with buffs there were Weapon and Armorsmiths making a fortune, now its a combo of things lol. Still 100 million is not what it use to be in this games inflated ecnonmy.
Originally posted by welkin my dear brother just buy 100 million credits who can give me a advise , how to use that
SWG isn't gear-centric. You won't help yourself by any hugely noticeable different by burning up that money. Once your CL 60 plus it would be helpful and you would actually know what to do with it. Next time learn the game atleast before you decide to drop a ton of money for nothing.

Or he got the 100 mill from his Jedi (--> brother) who sold pearls and high level loot. Its not our business.
Anyway, money is easy to come by in SWG ...
