I'd be more concerned about what's coming out of that thing in the lower right.
"I used to think the worst thing in life was to be all alone. It's not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel all alone." Robin Williams
In my area, I noticed people are being called overweight despite being perfectly healthy. The way its measured is either by weight alone of by a combination of weight and height. However, Muscle accounts for 4 times the weight as an equal volume of fat. This can give an unrealistic number for areas that stress healthy living. After all people who live healthy also gain muscle more then the average person. Its quite common to be 6 foot, 200 lbs and have less then 10% body fat. Yet this would be consituted as overweight or obese.
Metrics using more accurate methods for determining fat problems are just starting out so we don't have a clear picture on if the problem is too much fat or too much work.
Yea that cereal is quite a bit off being healthy, it tastes quite nice though.
Is it true that if you go to the local takeaway in the US, the two types of burger meals you can order is either 1/2 or the full pound? Here it's typically 1/4 and 1/2.
I'm 5'8 and about 155 lbs. I think i'm fat....serious.
but on another note...who doesn't love chocolate bars in cereal? Oh i know, the people who want to be skinny. Majority of american will eat that, but at the same time people who want to be healthy won't. They'll go for cereal like special K.
I might start rotating between that, cinnamon toast crunch, and honey bunches of oats (pecan flavored, if you say peach flavored I will stab you in the jaw)

Off the tope of my head I think you can go to a place and get 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and full pounders. I'm more of a chicken sandwich guy though, so not sure.
More Americans are becoming overweight or obese, exercising less, and eating unhealthy foods.
I think im fat too because of too much fastfoods such as Mc Donalds, Burger King and etc. I really cant stop eating them its very addicting and delicious.
I have here a computation so you guys could check if you are FAT!!
Body mass index (BMI) is a common measure of body fat based on height and weight.
(Calculate your body mass index at www.webmd.com/diet/calc-bmi-plus.)
A BMI of 30 or greater is considered obese, overweight if it’s between 25-29.9, normal if it’s 18.5-24.9, and underweight if it’s less than 18.5.
People who are obese are far more likely to report being diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or to have had a heart attack.
