Looking for dedicated guild.

I am a huge GW fan and a MMO'er with over 10 exp, I won't say how many years over 10 but I have been playing near the origin of the genre, and I'd like to give GW2 a shot. I however want to find a compatible guild to adventure through gw 2 with.
I need a guild that is play hard and play to win without sacrificing fun and guild spirit, I like to play hard and win but I enjoy the social aspects of MMO's the most, I feel a tight knit and supportive community drives my enjoyment in gaming further than winning.
I play alot and would like a guild where there are many other like minded people consistantly online to play with.
I live in the U.S. and in the mountain time zone, english is not my first language but as you can tell I am very fluent, I prefer a U.S. guild that is west coast or plays late on the east coast.
I am very laid back and love socializing, I want to progress far and quickly but without sacrificing fun and the community.

. You're invited to have a look at our website www.midnightsquadron.com or our own forum topic here, but even though imo you'd fit in perfectly I think you may find us too casual. I am only a cadet (recruit) so I don't know if there are some serious players in our guild like you. Actually we have quite a few players that joined so you never know and I think you would only need about 5-10 in GW2 to make a solid team.
