I know TERA isn't "sandboxy," but does the game give you any incentive to revisit past locations? Or is it like the majority of sleep-inducing, on-rail MMORPGs? It seems like the world is massive, but are the zones level specific? For example, Zone 1 is meant for players level 1-10. Once you're level 12, that zone is forever useless until you create a new character. Are there resources in those areas that will be useful to me at a higher level? Do bosses or difficult enemies perodically spawn in these areas?

I'm just curious, as it helps create a more immersive world instead of just a set of levels. I realize that certain areas in any MMORPG are going to have very little foot traffic, but it helps if the majority of the zones can be utilized by all of the players.

Either way, I've got the Digital Collector's Edition pre-ordered and I'm cautiously optimistic about the first closed beta.
