Stores that have Tera Collector's Edition

Because not all the stores that were listed on the official Tera site have the CE of Tera available for pre-order yet, it seemd to me a good idea to start this thread so we can put all the stores that do have the CE in here.
EUROPE:
play.com has the CE for 53.99 euros and 39.99 pounds
amazon.co.uk has it for 41.72 pounds.
amazon.de has it for 69.90 euro.
NORTH AMERICA
could not find any shops where you could pre-order CE in NA
AUSTRALIA
could not find any shops where you could pre-order CE in Aus
If you find other sites that have the CE please post it here. I will update the post when more shops pop up that have the CE.

The physical CE is an amazing deal and makes SWTORs CE laughable for it's ...what was it...$120?... $160?... price tag.
I mean this comes with a cloth map, since when did you get a cloth map lol.

how can it be 53.99 euro on play.com and 69.99 euro on amazon.de?????
Some of them don't seem to have VAT included.
Because all games at play.com are generally cheaper than they are in regular shops. That's why I always buy my (physical) games at play.com. You get a discount of 10-15 euros on new titles, on almost all games. As far as I know this includes VAT. I never had to pay extra when I ordered my games at play.com, just the price listed on the site.
Also, I believe the games are cheaper in the UK because they don't need to have a cd cover and manual in a different language. Unlike for instance the german version of the game you can buy on amazon.de
