This looks cute. It needs work, but cute idea.
Doesn't look there is much of a website to visit. I think they might have taken it down for reconstruction. Does not speak well for the game I fear.
It went down very shortly as the site was changed into phpnuke but its back now.

It still looks like a primitive website at best. If the purpose is to promote a new game, it has a very long way to go. Basically there is no info on the site. Sorry, it will not make my "must see" list.
Bah - this is just somebody's dream concept. Western could be good but it will take a lot more detail to make it viable. Off my list also.

Heh, at least its a start... Considering its in alpha stages, placeholders here and there seem fine to me.
