Anyone Pre-ordered from Play.com?

  I wondered the same so I emailed play.com soon after placing my order and received a generic response to my question and then after pushing more I received the following from them:

  Thank you for your email. 
  
  
  
  We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the access code for TERA: Collector's Edition. 
  
  
  
  Please note that your code will be sent to you via email as soon as it is available, and ask that you regularly check your main email inbox, as well as any spam or junk folders you may have. In short, we do not have yet the code coming from the supplier. 
  
  
  
  Also please be aware that the script being run to generate the codes does so on a first-come, firstserved, basis, so there may be a slight delay in you receiving your code. 

  I know this seems to answer my question, but after receiving a generic response from them the first time, I just want to check whether anyone has received a beta code from them?

  I'll never understand why people pre-order anywhere other than the actual game website

  Maybe cos its £10 cheaper for the collectors edition on play.com
