I got my preorder code yesterday and was able to get in today's test.
But I've read on the official forums that preordering from Amazon doesn't give any headstart for example. So you better watch out where you buy I guess.
If you pre-order using Enmasses/Frogster website you will be given access immediatly. If you order through another retailer you will need to wait for them to send you you're beta key. I know some people have gotten their keys within minutes others 24-48 hours. So keep that in mind.
As the poster above me has stated there is no NA beta test this weekend there is however a EU beta test depending on which location you're in. I haven't looked at the EU beta test schedule but I am assuming they are running theirs opposite to NA beta. For instance we tested last weekend they did not and they test this weekend and we do not. Same cycle for the remainder of the closed beta (unless they change it at some point).
