NA CBT2 Info (Feb 24th-26th)

GlyalithGlyalith Member UncommonPosts: 35

I didn't see any post yet regarding this so wanted to share some information I read over on the offical forums.

The CBT1 was seen as a success with only a few issues and crashes.

  • The female castanic warrior was the most popular race and class combination.

  • In Oblivion Woods, players encountered their first BAM, a basilisk. The basilisk accounted for nearly two-thirds of all deaths during the course of the beta test, and is certainly telling of the unique challenge BAMs present to players, as well as the challenges presented by TERA’s unique skill-based combat system.

They also spoke about how next weeks test will be expanded by 5 levels (allowing us to reach the next tier of gear) and that PVP servers will be open for business!

You can read the whole post below:

Hope to see you all next week on the PVP server!

    Yes.

As far as I know Enmasse is publishing it in the US, Frogster in EU.

I believe in the end each region will have same content when all are live on the 1st of May.

But as the above poster stated they are all different publishers.  Korea is Bluehold Studios, EU is Frogster, and NA is Enmasse.

I am not sure if Korea will always get the content before it's released here (it wouldn't make much sense but who knows).  As far as the launcher from what I've seen it's the same, but you won't be able to login to the EU client with your NA login and vice versa so they are different in that respect.

they pretty much said we will always be 1 to 3 months behind korea, due to the localization process.
