    Honsetly I've noticed that these guys are very on-par with Blizzard in terms of quickness of resposne and the attitude of their employees. VERY good in this day and age and I hope to see more companies with this attitude. Such a breath of fresh air after playing Nexon games for the past few years.

    Regardless of how many pictures I posted none of those were mine, I finally got to experience the wonderful customer service though, and I must say, I dig this company a lot.

     

     

    I sent the ticket at 11pm(probably after they already closed) and got a response by 8am. Not to mention it's a personal response and it resolved my issue on the spot.

    I agree it only took 2 days for them to respond and refund my pro-order and to remove my subscription from my account. For anyone wondering you can't edit your sub even though you already had to choose one.

    But they took care of it fast and resolved the issue with refund in less time than I thought they would.

    About the only thing they have going for them however.

    It is really good to see them having a good time about all this. I also note that they seem to go out of there way to find a solution and it is obvious that EnMasse gives their GM's broad power to "fix things" for people. It is pretty obvious that there is a good culture being built and that this is coming from heigher up. Trion is also like this and it pays off. Customer service is still important.

    If they keep pulling these sort of stunts, they may well have a sucessful game company.

    Frogster on the other hand...       Poor Europe, I feel for you guys.

    Compare to all the shitty customer service i been getting, EME is like god of customer server, and not just talking about mmorpgs. I mean you try getting something done with AT&T or T-Mobile? Holy crap its soo fcking annoying -.-

    Anyways i love the fact that they are so open, last game i play they refuse to tell us anything, the real reason was they don't know anything. They didn't even know whats in the patches the dev company give them. Why people always complain at every patch because random stuff is ninja in thats not in the patch notice and my god is the patch notice the most fcking vauge thing you sever seen -.- might as well not been there would have probably been better. But keep up the good work EME ^_^

    And i feel bad for the people playing EU.
