There's nothing wrong with the fundemental systems that would cause the game to be unplayable or not working as intended on the majority of configurations. That's the purpose of an alpha test.
What is in is mechanicly sound, which is the point of a beta.
The issue of SWTOR isn't really what's in, though you may disagree with the design ideal, it's what hasn't been implemented or has been implemented with obvious place holder methods.
Testing wise they did far more than most games, though I don't know why I even bothered responding to such an obvious attempt to elicit responses.
