HELP! cant signup for Guild Wars 2 Beta

in Guild Wars 2
Okay so once i click the sign up here button, it brings me to the page which tells me to "Submit PC computer specs" and there is nothing under it, only a blank space. No links, no words, nothing and right above that is the FAQ, NDA writing, and the GW2 logo which says participate in the beta event.
Can anyone please help me!!

Nope, just a blank space, i have been using internet explorer so i will try a diffrent browser
