Can I play Tera if I buy it now?

in TERA

In other words, is the closed beta that is going on available to play if I buy Tera today?  Or is it just certain weekends it is available.

    you will get into every beta if you buy the game, you just will not be able unless it is on these dates.

    they are calling it CBT weekends. It is every other weekend. But otherwise, yes, if you buy it now from their website or if you pre order it from a store that gives you a code, then you can get in on the weekends. Tomorrow noon on the west coast starts the 2nd of 5 cbt weekends and then a longer open beta weekend and a headstart before release.

    All die, so die well.

    It is a marketing tool not a beta test.  But other than that Kismallchi is correct.

    its call using the beta test as part beta test and marketing tool. Also to stall it so when the game is release it be on equal footing with korea.
