If what you say is true, then sue them. And make it a good beating as well, they need a wake-up call over there. They are way too cocky for the low quality products they deliver.

I had to take about a month break because of ISP issues and when I came back I tried to log in and was banned.
I contacted chat support and they told me I needed to contact account support which is only available via e-mail. Well they never responded to me. I called them on the phone and the guy hung up on me when I asked what happened and asked to speak to a supervisor.
There was no investagation of any kind, no contact from SOE what so ever, and the people I contacted were extremely rude.
I wrote a letter asking for an explaination and proof of what ever happened, be it screenshots or chat logs, and have not heard anything back.
From what I read on the official forums this sort of things happens all the time, they ban people then hide so they dont have to deal with their mistakes.
I was a long time acount holder with SOE, I had a Station Pass and beta tested many of their games. I play games to have fun not cause problems. The way SOE handled this just blew my mind. I will never support SOE again. They are a terrible terrible company.
Dude, gimme a break. There is no ring of truth in your story. If this really did happen the exact way you said, you are the unluckiest person ever lol. I know this much about Sony: they want your money and will bend over backwards to allow you to pay them.

What could I possible gain my coming to a gaming forum and lying? The story is true, it did happen, and it really doesn't matter if some forum slug says it didn't. ( See I had to use your tactics so you might understand )
If you do not have anything constructive to add, don't add anything at all.
I am not the only person this has happened too, rather YOU want to believe it or not.
