awesome game , saw the vids.
the pirates and naval battle is insane, but the best part? fighting a giant kraken with yor naval force.
This game cant come out quick enough im sold. the size of that kraken made my jaw drop.
Holy. i have a feeling thi is the sandbox we're looking for and shame on westrern develops not thought of this first. This sandbox might hit a homerun.

hey benjola me too but the problem is you cant read anything and that will be really hard to understand quests and stuff
Nah, I'd be fine imo, quests will probably be generic and there are waypoints etc, wont be too dificult to figure them out.
Imo, the biggest problem would be the fact that you'll have to play solo for the most part, unless there are english speaking guilds you can find.

Problem is if you want to play games in Korea you need a Korean SSN, if some Korean reports you for being English they'll ban you off the servers as you stole someone's Social Security Number... that's what happened to me in the past when I played on Korean servers.
be glad thats all that happened. forged SSN is a great way to get your self arrested for fraud.
im still on the fence about this game, it looks good in video but so have the many other games. APB/MO/DFO ect... and look how they turned out at launch.
can never base a game's quality off fan made videos or anything. other wise i could sell you some nice beach front property in antartica... (insert picture of bright warm sunny beach)
I don't see how they would trace me to my home honestly, I know it's not allowed but it's too much of a hassle to identify the person.
While identity theft is illegal have you heard of anyone actually getting arrested for using someone elses identity to play a free game? I mean if you live in the UK, and your using the SS number of an 80 year old man in Korea just to play a free game (not created credit cards or anything like that) do you really think the UK would extradite you to Korea for charges?
Never trust a screenshot or a youtube video without a version stamp!
reading the definition of the game seems like Wurm meets Rift. i donno, im not overly that interested anymore.

depends on if the country/company wants to press the issue, generally though, no one is arrested for it. purely because it would take forever for legal paper work to have you tracked down and sent where ever for the court. which is why most games limit it to just banning your account.
but you never know, im sure if someone like blizzard required an SSN to play it and it found you were playing illegally with a "Stolen" number if they wanted to they could get you arrested.
just because it hasnt happened yet doesnt mean it cant/wont o-o
