Velika: City of Wheels: Among the mortal races, the humans were the only one that never built cities or great empires; a curse laid upon them by their creator, Gidd, forced them to wander as nomads for twenty centuries...

    This is a great post, people complaining about the UI probably had no idea how incredibly customizable it is.

    You can change everything. Even dragging the enemy combat frame.

    Very nice post.

    I have changed my UI in nearly the same way. The problem is: You will need more than the initial 12 slots for skills (potions, scrolls, items, out of combat stuff, rarely used skills). I have activated the extra 24 slot bar and put it to the right of the primary skill bar. But that leaves no space to put other stuff to the bottom right. Thats why I have kept my radar and map on the right top side. I might change this though.

    Here are my current hotkey bindings for a sorc:

    F1-F8 = potions / rare spells

    ^ (key next to 1) = horse

    1-6 = main spells

    Q, E = lockon spells (these are my personal high priority spells)

    C, V, B = spells that can be used while running (mana drain), activated with my thumb

    Mouse1 = attack

    Mouse2 = teleport

    Mouse4 = back jump 1

    Mouse5 = back jump 2

    This way I rarely have to look at my keyboard but it is hard to get used to (especially the CVB keys).

    When I want to position my hand correctly without looking I use my little finger as an anchor to the left of my keyboard. When I feel the outermost keys I can then put my hand perfectly onto the wasd / cvb keys.
