about guilds

in Guild Wars

can only i person lead a guild or can there be like co-leaders so that 2 people in the same have all the same power and stuff, can this be done?

    plus how much does it cost to but a guild hall?

    There can only be one guild leader, And they cost 75platinum, go to "Lions Arch" and get on the boat next to the competition arenas, Chat to the guy on the boat and he will give you all the info.

    actually the "guild halls" cost 75 platinum or a Hall of Heros victory. To creat a guild it cost 100 gold to start. To own a cape it costs 2 platinum. A guild hall is like a area where you can meet up with other guild mates. Like a private level. There is one leader = most power, officials = basically same power, and members = no power.
