This has to be one of the best games ever made. The game sold over 8.5 million copies and my god the soundtrack is so awesome. I been so bored with mmos these days I went back for another playthrough and I tell ya, the game is amazing! Why not listen to some awesome music!

I wish it was on Pc so much. I really wanted to play through it but I can't see investing in a console for it.
It was an above average game but best game ever? I sentence anybody using hyperbole like that to playing the horseshoe mini-game with that redneck guy in Red Dead for 20 straight hours LOL.

I have always wanted to play this title. I can't play consoles. the controller sticks confound me.
Great game, but I like GTA4 even more. Just never got into riding around on horseback as much, and I'm much more comfortable shooting with my mouse. I've had my PS3 for years, but still don't understand how people aim with those infernal analog sticks.
When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world.
Took me a couple years to get decent at it, and a couple more after that to get as good as I was with keyboard/mouse. But FPS on consoles now are the way to go in order to get massive population (not to mention my friends how don't have gaming PCs) and chilling media room with 80 inch 3D TV and 7.1 surround sound

its probably a good game when you compare it to other console games, but not sure it can really be called best game ever, its a decent game, but, hardly rave worthy. I don't really see there ever being a PC port for this game either, probably not worth the effort. its not exactly a Skyrim quality game after all.
Yeah i wish this was on PC as well, no idea why they decided not to bring it to PC
I do have an xbox 360 so i might pick it up cheap some day, but i cant stand using a control pad for any type of shooting game it just sucks donkey balls. Now for racing games and sports games a control pad shits all over a keyboard and mouse hehe..
not a proper game before its released to PC
ofcourse game looks great, just really wished they make it for PC as well.
Quite enjoyed the game especially since GTA4 left me pretty disappointed, but ye perhaps not the best game ever but It ranks pretty high.
I've been gaming for a long time but in my opinion the best game i've ever enjoyed was Dark Souls.
I know its odd that an OG would pick a current gen game but I felt Dark Souls was the most immersive experience with amazing Seamless Co-op & Pvp elements in a harsh environment.
The game gave me this sense of despair that i havent experience in a video game ever.
And like RDR this experience can only be had on a Console which freaking blows ass.
Playing: Nothing
Looking forward to: Nothing
This is truly great game... exploring the amazing views, vast world... great story.
Damn it has better story than most RPGs in a last 5 years!
When they bring it to PC, then it will be the best.

First time I beat dark souls I didn't put any points into additional health. There were a couple bosses where that required perfect defensive play because they would one-shot me otherwise. Second time through I added some health and man it was a lot easier.
Dark Souls was very refreshing and the invading other peoples games with thrilling, although I thought it was a little too light on story. A unique experience though no doubt...

It truly is a great game, and this is coming from somebody who hated GTA4. The story and setting are superb, and the gunplay is nice. There's a ton of places to explore as well, and interesting side missions to boot.
If you get bored of vanilla, there's the zombie nightmare DLC. Hands down the best $10 I've ever spend on XBL. It's practically a whole new game!
It'll come out on PC eventually but by the time it does no one will care.
