Dude, if you dad and his new wifew REALLY like each other, and I mean real love, don't mess it up. If you KNOW that they are doing it just for lust or money or something artificial, then try to make them see the flaws in each other without knowing you did anything. Otherwise, let them live peacefully. Real love is really hard to come bye. But BULLSHIT should be stopped.

You could also try to make one seem like he/she is cheating on the other.

"Oh who's Todd?"

"What do you mean?"

"He left a message for you."

"Oh, What did he say?"

"He said he 'really enjoyed' the little 'canoe trip' last weekend...."

Meanwhile, Todd is just a fabricated character who only exists becauses your friend is able to make up a manly, middleaged voice to immitate an adultor.

OR, just try talking to you dad. Try to reason with him. What don't you like about your stepmom?

Is she taking your dad away from you so you have almost not time with you father? of is she just just a COMPLETE BITCH? W/E You do, dont' do anything illegal.

u shudent be messing with other ppl's life thats none of ur buissness to be deciding who should be together and who shudent. try 2 think about her point of view and be empathetic. even if shes mean, shes still a person and u shudent sabotage her life no matter how much u dont like her.
