Hacksheild doesnt even come up!!!!!

Ive been playing KO for a month with no major problems but a couple days ago i was starting the game and after it says update complete i press start and instead of the hacksheild box coming up nothing happens then a couple minutes later a window pops up and it says update timed out,  WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ooOo.. im glad i can help you out with this shit..

    first off, go to options in KO and make sure that your color depth matches your display options..

    i.e. color depth= 32bit, color proberty= 32bit

    that is usually the number 1 reason but tell me if that doesnt work and ill tell you some more ways..

    hmm, did you already try

    Download this updated file: Server.ini, and place it in C:Program FilesKnightOnline to replace the old file. Then run Knight Online Launcher to download the updates and log back into the game.

    yah i did that but that wasnt the problem, on the official website it says move the launcher and client into the DEP place, i thought i already did that but somehow it got removed, i did it again restarted the cpu and it started working. Thx for helping
