99 cent stores

i dont, its too hard to believe, honestly what store charges 99 cents for a pack of 5 ballons then a dollar for a hat, its just not possible. call me crazy i just dont belive in them. Thre was a do you believe in god topic, so why cant there be do you believe in dollar stores topic? So do you believe?

    There's a very complicated scientific explanation behind as to why dollar stores do not exist. I mean, if they do exist why are we paying 15 times more for the same thing in a different store? It's scientifically impossible, Dollar Stores do not exist.

    It was just a basis for humankind to base their morals and ethics off of, dollar stores. Notice how they came out back in the day when most people didn't have enough money for the more expensive version. Therefore, even after the time that we all did gain more money (most of us) they are still "rumoured" to be there for those that are short on morals....errr, money.

    Scientifically impossible.

    I guess you guys don't know... dollar stores get the things that drop off the shelves or get bent while being shipped. Enough for it to be deemed un sellable to normal stores. That is what i am guessing at least :D I remember some one telling me that before.

    There is a dollar store close to my house. I've been inside there a few times and they have nice antiquities there. Some items are kind of an oddity(sp) but they usually have a nice selection of things in there. You can always get a nice six pack of Jolt Cola (I kid you not)

    I remember when I was a kid. we had a local penney store. Each peice of candy was 1 cent from the barrels and and buckets of various kinds of candy, including imports. Those was the good ol days. That store dosent exist anymore. image

    i live near like 4 dollar stores, and some stuff isnt a dollar of course, but most of it is. and its pretty good bargains, i mean your not going to go in and find computer stuff or 1 gig flash drives for a buck, but a bunch of household items are pretty cheap.

    ya they exist. but i dont reccomend u go 2 dollar stores to buy stuff u dont want broken. they dont usually sell stuff that is un-sellable to normal stores, but the quality of the items are the lowest you'll ever find. if you want to buy an item that's not for the purpose of just wasting money, then i suggest you go to a store exclusively for that type of product.

    dollar stores can sell anything from gum to paper hats. but really, its all crap.
