Just go to your account on Tera-online.com and enter the code "TERA4REDDIT" to gain access to CBT5.

Not sure how many are left but hopefully you can get your hands on one and test out the game if you like, if not there is always OBT(which will include many major updates) rolling around April 19-22nd.

 

These codes are for CBT 5 spanning from April 6-8th.
