Pizza have you even seen the specs for the Xbox 360? It would cost minimum 2 grand to compete with it, I'd say at $399 US it is worth it. And guess what? Your computer will NOT be able to compete with the PS3.

Anyways I rather own TES: oblivion for the computer for patches and mods, and I can't stand controllers(especially with a first person game), consoles need to get keyboards and mouses .

No, what I wrote is what I meant. I added the candy part to be nice. And I for one look forward to the day when I can flush my mouse for good and just have a nice ergonomic joystick and voice recognition software. To each their pwn.
Dont really care what system I get, the PS3 is going to be backwards compatible for both the PS1 and 2, the Xbox 360, as ive heard, will only play a FEW Xbox games. Im planning to get RE5 and Starcraft: Ghost. Thr Nintendo Revolution will probably be a fluke.

well actually the nintendo revolution is going to have free world wide wi-fi. that should be pretty tight. but as for me im not gonna be able get any of the systems for about 3 years after they come out because i gotta wait for prices to go down. waaaay to much money for me. LOLOLOLOLOL

Actually, the official word on backwards compatibility for the Xbox 360 states "The Xbox 360 will be backwards compatible with all of the most popular Xbox games."
Basically just leaving room for the off chance that some of the 3rd party Xbox games not working on the 360. I have a feeling that will be a rarity, but who knows. And, who cares! I won't wanna play any old games except maybe Halo 2 just to see how the old games used to look. Oh and also Morrowind because it's just so damn kewl.
