Wanted: UO/DaoC/Warhammer sandbox MMO

I want a MMO that provides these features

1.  Housing and towns (you have to earn them, but they are available).

2.  Many races

3.  Three factions

4.  BIG world pvp lakes

5.  Non pvp zones

6.  The best gear comes from crafting OR pvp OR pve OR a combination of the three

7.  Non mandatory pve (but still has value)

8.  If possible a Warhammer theme (I loved playing Goblin Shamans)

9.  Extreme customability (to include clothing, housing, towns, forts, guild heraldry and characters)

10.  Flying mounts

11.  Servers that have percievable differences.

12.  No classes

13.  Short learning curve

14.  Max stats for first three characters 

15.  Real involvment by GMs (if you have a cool guild they will pimp your town)

16.  Lots of pwning!

    The "Youtube Pro": Someone who watches video's on said subject, and obviously has a full understanding of what is being said about such subject.

    Most of those requirements can be fulfilled by joining the United States Army. There is no subscription fee and you get paid for it! "Be all that you can be."
