Same issue, I'm away to town soon and see if any retailers are doing pre-purchase, but with the recent demise of Game and Gamestation I wont hold my breath, no Zavvi store near me and HMV is looking doubtful.

Ya this is where I am stuck as well, trying over and over and hoping it goes through soon, if not will try again in the morning.
At least I have the game code and what now for now, its a start.
I did want to pre-purchase the physical edition but might just go ahead and get the digital from the official site. At the end of the day it's still the game, but I do like MMOs sitting nicely on my shelf.

woot after about 10 tries everything finally went throught and all is registered, so for those who think its broken down , well its not just sadly takes a few tries, sort of curious how many people are pre ordering this like right away.

I'm a little concerned though. It said I won't get charged anything until the item ships and the official communication from ANet says Amazon doesn't apply for pre-purchase for that very reason. The order said specifically pre-purchase though.
I haven't had any e-mail with a code either. I've had the order received email.

Was going to pre purchase the collectors edition here in Australia until I saw the theiving cretins at EBGames.com.au want $198 for it. Think I'll settle with digital collectors from gw2 directly.
Registering the account isn't going through but at least I was able to prepurchase and got email confirmation with a link to register my account at a later time.
So... when's the next beta weekend?

Just bought two regular digital copies of the pre purchase, received emails with serial codes and info, only issue is that when I tried registering the accounts, it gave me a 502 web server error... why is that?
Is that a server problem cause shit ton of people trying to do the same or is because of something else? Any ideas?

Yes server busy. You can keep trying and it will get in. Worked for me from clicking back from email confirmation link as the 4 digit code changes and when it changed a 2/3rd time I got in with both purchases.

Ok I'm still not sure after that call. The bloke I spoke to had a word with the games department and then said that I won't get serial codes until I get the actual box. He then said the pre-order part of the agreement will be emailed to me asap.
I just don't know whether I've got access to the beta events yet and I don't want to wait too long or miss the pre-purchase timeframe.
