i just wanted to ask if any of you guys know a program to lower my ping DCUO just like high ping buster program but since it doesn't support it i need to find a new program .
so can any of you guys help

note:(i have already tried battel ping but i dont think it works)

There is very little you can actually do to alter ping. There is very little that is modifiable, as the majority of it is determined by hardware, both yours and your isp's, routing, and your location.
The only thing you can do is the Leatrix Latency Fix, which is actually modifying the way TCP is handled. As a result of it handling more requests it can however raise CPU useage slightly with network intensive applications.

Anything else that tells you it will lower your ping is simply a lie.

What are you talking about, absolutely nothing is going to help your ping. Ping is a signal sent to your computer, to the host computer, and back to yours. The time it takes to get the answer is your latency, or Ping. There is nothing you can do besides pick a closer server or check into different internet options. Speed is also a non-factor.

While its true you cannot increase the speed of the packets, there are often tweaks to your registry for TCP settings or tunneling programs which allow quicker and regulated travel through multiple-hops on its way to or from the server. I don't know of any such services for gaming, specifically not any that wouldn't require the server to participate, I have only heard of such tunneling services for VoIP.
