Hard for me to tell, some of the smaller city/villages are quite nice.
However out of the three main cities, Allemantheia, Kaiator and Velika I would have to rank them:
1) Kaiator - What can I say, this city is just badass and the landscape around it is awesome, love the mountainous snowy regions, plus you fly out of Kaiator on a dragon and half the city is underground. What's not to love?
2) Allemantheia - The size and beauty of the city is breathtaking, it's really fantasy like but it just sits there standing out beautifully amongst the desert and the design is remarkable, I really like the auction house area as well.
3) Velika - It features mainly old european architecture(which I like), the statues and general theme is nice, the area around the city not so much, overall it's really nice but can't beat the other cities.
It's hard to pick one from just the limited amount of time I spent in 2..or maybe it was just the one..... and never having seen the 3rd other than youtube walk throughs.
I like the look of the aman city but I can honestly say I didn't like spending much time in any of them because I was always itching to go out and kill something
is it true there is actually snow weather effects near the Kaiator area?
i think Kaiator fits the aman lore, perfectly.
i love the high elf city because of how magestic and elegant is. i could have never imagined high elfs living in the middle of a Desert!p it totally breaks with the forest dwellers stereotype, we have about elves in most games.
Velika: City of Wheels: Among the mortal races, the humans were the only one that never built cities or great empires; a curse laid upon them by their creator, Gidd, forced them to wander as nomads for twenty centuries...

i heard castanica is very small
Castanica is very small but the sky is really cool with really fast moving storm clouds.
Kaiator does have snowy weather effects/landscapes, a lot of the areas around Kaiator do actually.
I will just be waiting for them to add the fourth major city, the moveable floating fortress of Juras Arc.
any idea when they will add the fourth major city?
I am assuming it will come with the Queen of Argon part 2 patch, because it was set to release after the rifts which came in Queen of Argon part 1.
So I would assume 2-3 months, but there is no set date or any way to actually tell.
Velkia & Castanica.
