It should be in the email you received after you registered your key. It wasn't working properly so they took it down to fix it.
There is no login service yet. The one that was floating aorudn th einternet was, as it was pointe dout in the corenr, work in progress and should not be used by players yet.
Wait patiently. They will send all the links before beta weekend.
ok, thanks for the info.
I just wanted to fix a small error, which is that you "Pre-purchased" GW2 not "pre-ordered."
"Pre-purchase" - Paying full price for something you can't properly use for months and with no release-date, at which point you may also be able to purchase cheaper. (Don't think it can be cancelled)
"Pre-order" - Paying full price for something with a release-date, which guarantees consumers prompt delivery on release. (Can be cancelled)
It can be a bit mis-leading, when you see people saying they pre-ordered said game.
Alright to save you some trouble (and anyone else who might get referred to this) read the following, as a lot of this is information I just recently learned myself and will answer questions you don't have yet, but will:
1) There is no login ~yet~. The official login is account.guildwars2.com but, while it works, there's nothing you can actually do in there because it's still a work in progress.
2) When you pre-purchase, you get 2 emails. One, is your receipt e-mail. The other, is an e-mail requesting you register your copy of the game.
3) Clicking the register button in that second e-mail is where you are given the opportunity to register your game and link your account with your old GW1 account, if applicable.
4) VALIDATION EMAILS DON'T WORK YET! Huuuuuuge source of confusion for a lot of people, including myself. I e-mailed about it and got an official response from the team that it's not currently working yet, so ignore any warnings about you being unable to validate your account. Until then, don't drive yourself nutty checking all your folders for a validation e-mail, none are even being sent out.
5) Forums are up but inaccessable (forum.guildwars2.com) because once again, work in progress, so no it's not just you that can't access them. I'm sure all of these things will be live and functioning by our chance at the beta.
6) No one knows when the first beta weekend is for sure.
I'll attach the FAQ that was included in the e-mail as well, it answers some other potential questions:

Common Issues With Guild Wars 2 Pre-Purchase
============================================
Q. I Purchased Guild Wars 2 using the wrong e-mail address, and never got my Serial Code.
A. In this case, we will need to provide you with a new serial code to register your purchase. Please reply with the following information and we will be happy to assist you further:
The incorrect Email address you entered (if you know it):
Credit/Debit ? LAST 4 DIGITS ONLY:
PayPal ? Order ID: Zip Code:
Q. I pre-purchased from a retailer before April 10th , and I never got my Serial Code.
A. If you pre-ordered or pre-purchased from an authorized retailer before April 10th, then you must work with your retail store to upgrade to an official pre-purchase. Unless you receive a Serial Code from your authorized retailer, then you will not obtain all the benefits of an official Guild Wars 2 pre-purchase.
Q. I can?t verify my e-mail address on the Guild Wars 2 Account Management page or Forums.
A. Email verification for the forums and the account management page for Guild Wars 2 are not yet working correctly. We'll let everyone know when those websites are ready for public use. If you gave us a working email during registration, you?ll be fine.
Q. Can I still link Guild Wars with Guild Wars 2 if I already registered my copy of Guild Wars 2 without linking?
A. You will get another chance to link your accounts later, but not right now. Don't worry, you're not locked out of the Hall of Monuments forever or anything like that. :-)
Q. How does Region Locking work in Guild Wars 2?
A. The game will be locked to your region for login purposes only. It has no effect on which servers you choose to play on. Any games purchased from https://buy.guildwars2.com/ will be automatically sorted into the correct region based on where they are purchased from. Any physical boxed copies of the game are locked to the region where the retailer is located.
Q. I tried to buy a collector?s edition of Guild Wars 2 and the retailer said they are not carrying it.
A. Keep an eye on our retail partner site for any changes: https://buy.guildwars2.com/retailers

Q. How will I reserve my Guild Wars character names in Guild Wars 2?
A. We have not released all of the details on exactly how name reservation will work, but we expect to make more information public as we get closer to launch.
Q. How will I get around the Guild Wars 2 region lock if I travel?

Hope that helps!
