Question bout test servers

You know you have 2 char slots that can be level 60 straight away
Can you delete them and just pick new ones or do you only get 2 ever?
because i deleted them to pick some again as it wont let me login to test server (keeps disconnecting me)

it's a common problem, a lot of people get the d/c
got friends who copied, some bug or something, 5 characters and none of them are working..always d/c
